The accommodation is a maisonette with exterior stone walls on the ground level and a top floor with a wooden framework thermally insulated with an external thermal façade.

The top floor consists of:

• A bedroom with an en suite bathroom, a double bed (1,6×2 m), a/c and ceiling fan, tv, access to a balcony and a view to the sea.

The ground floor consists of:

• An open-plan living room kitchen, fully equipped (oven, cooktop, microwave, dish washer, filter coffee machine, espresso machine, electric kettle, sandwich toaster, juicer, fridge). The room is equipped with a/c, a tv and a sofa with a pull-out bed that can accommodate 2 people. Big balcony doors offer access to the patio and a view to the sea.
• A bedroom with 2 single beds (0.9×2 m) that can be joined to a big double bed (1,8×2 m), a/c and ceiling fan, tv, access to the patio via a balcony door and a view to the sea.
• A bathroom and a washing machine.
• Spacious (ca 300 m²) paved surrounding space which offers an infinity-type pool sized at 8x4m, bbq and a view to the sea. Looking downward, the village of Agios Nikitas and Pefkoulia beach are at observable distance, while looking towards the horizon the guest can see the islands of Antipaxos and Paxos and even the mountains of Corfu when visibility conditions allow it.

The residence offers wifi and a mini safe.
